Social-OT is an agency comprised of a team of dedicated professionals, with the owner serving as the overseer of all operations. As a licensed Occupational Therapist, the owner ensures that our services are not only effective, but also align with industry standards. By working with us, you will have access to the expertise of our entire team, who are committed to helping you achieve your social media goals.
We estimate that it will take us approximately two weeks to start up, as we need to conduct extensive research and gather all the necessary information from you. During the first month of our partnership, we will be on-boarding and conducting research, so you may receive fewer posts than usual. However, this initial phase is crucial to ensure that we create a tailored and effective social media strategy for your therapy business.
I agree to work with Social-OT, providing them with all the necessary information they require to set up my social media strategy in a timely and efficient manner.
"By agreeing to this subscription, I acknowledge that it is an auto-renewing service until I choose to cancel. Social-OT will charge my designated payment method automatically until cancellation.
Cancellation of this subscription can be initiated by sending an email to hello@social-ot.com with the subject line 'CANCEL' at 21 days prior to the next billing date. I understand that Social-OT will cancel the subscription on the day the email is received, and that partial refunds will not be provided if I cancel before the end of a subscription period.
I agree that if Social-OT has provided me with services, I will not request a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, I acknowledge that I am responsible for reimbursing Social-OT for all applicable fees.
I consent to Social-OT's use of some of my content for their marketing purposes.
I acknowledge that Social-OT.com and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any damages or business losses incurred during or after the term of this agreement.
I understand that Social-OT may contact me at any time to offer additional services that may benefit my business at an additional cost to me.
I acknowledge and understand that the social media manager provided by Social-OT is not offering therapy services in any capacity.
Electronic Signature and Agreement
By paying the invoice, you are electronically signing and agreeing to the terms of service outlined in this Agreement.
