These Terms of Use apply to social-ot.com and any free resources, forms and content we provide ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

About Social-OT

Social-OT provides done-for-you marketing services for therapy and healthcare practices. Paid services are covered by a separate client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Educational content only

Blog posts, free resources, templates and other content on the Site are for general educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, compliance or clinical advice. You are responsible for making sure your own marketing follows the laws, regulations and professional rules that apply to your practice, including HIPAA.

No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, views, leads, rankings, patients or revenue. Any examples or results we share are not a promise of what you will get.

Free resources

When you request a free resource, you agree to receive it by email along with occasional marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Free resources are for use in your own practice. Please don't resell or redistribute them.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, templates and resources, belongs to Social-OT or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site, submit false information, try to access it without permission or interfere with how it works.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social-OT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content.
